Pasaz Warminski is the first modern retail and service complex in Lidzbark Warminski, located at Olsztynska 6, which is the main commercial place for residents and tourists visiting the nearby Warmian Baths. Nearly 6,000 sq m of space has been made available in three buildings.
The project offers an outside parking for over 150 cars. 14 well-known chain brands and the food operator Biedronka have opened their stores in the facility. The tenants include as follows: The Polish footwear brand CCC, the nationwide chain of electromarkets - Media Expert, the Martes Sport sports store, the KiK Textile discount store, the TEDI household goods store, stores with children's accessories - Smyk and Coccodrillo, as well as the 4F brand of sports clothing and accessories, a fashion brand Diverse, Kaes Sport and a jewellery boutique Bijou. Brands such as Pepco and Rossmann also have commercial units in the Retail Park Pasaz Warminski.
