In Poland has been present since 2005 and as LCP Properties it successfully develops cooperation with partners and retail networks accross the country.
The real estate portfolio owned and managed by us exceeded 80 commercial properties at the end of 1Q 2022 and its value currently exceeds EUR 460 million.
We manage an area of over 360,000 sqm located in various parts of the country.
