Welcome JYSK as a new tenant of EMKA Retail Park

 EMKA Retail Park in Koszalin has been enriched with another network tenant. The international retail company JYSK has signed a lease agreement and will occupy an area of approximately 1,250 sq m. The Retail Park is scheduled to open at the turn of 2022/2023. The main tenants in the newly constructed phase will be: Sinsay, Helios, justGYM, JYSK.

"JYSK is a well-known and well-liked brand on the Polish market and we are glad that it will join the group of our tenants. We are sure that the extension of Galeria Emka will strengthen its position on the local market and the wider offer will attract even more customers. JYSK has been operating in Poland since 2000. More than 11.5 million Poles do their shopping annually in over 238 stores. The network is developing dynamically, more than a dozen new branches are opened each year. The company also sells on-line. In Poland, JYSK employs over 2,400 people.
