New property in LCP portfolio

The LCP Group finalized the purchase of another investment in Poland at the end of July. It is the 52nd aquisition in the British company's portfolio.

Despite the global pandemic, LCP Properties is not slowing down and, in line with the adopted strategy, at the end of July bought another property, this time located in Piastów.
The recently built property (February 2020) is a retail park with an area of almost 3,000 m2 GLA.
Its main tenants are, among others, well-known chain brands such as: Media Expert, Maxi Zoo, Dealz, Pepco, HEBE, Deichmann and Empik. The retail park is located next to the new Kaufland store and McDonalds (opening soon).
